Dosa




Dosa batter:

1. Soak the following ingredients overnight:
  • Urad dal/Black gram dal [1cup]
  • Tiffin rice/Idli rice [4cups]
  • Fenugreek seeds [1tsp] 
2. Grind Rice and fenugreek seeds together for 15-20minutes.
3. Grind Urad dal/Black gram dal separately for 15-20minutes.
4. Mix both the dal and rice batter well and ferment for 10hours. 

Then make crispy hot dosa !
