Rice Pakoda (with Left over rice)


Blend the following ingredients in a mixer grinder:

  • Left over rice [1big cup]
  • Bengal gram flour [1/3cup]
  • Chilli powder [1/2tsp]
  • Salt

Add little water if needed. The batter must be very thick.

Take the batter in a bowl. Add sliced onions [2], chopped green chillies [1] and cumin seeds [1/2tsp].
Mix well, make small fritters and deep fry in oil.
This Pakoda is soft as well as crispy.

Serve hot with Tea :)
