kuzhambhu masala powder



You need:

Dry:
Red chillies – 150grams
Coriander seeds – 250grams

Dry roast one by one separately:
Bengal gram dal/Kadala parupu – ¼ cup
Toor dal – ¼ cup
Peppercorns – ¼ cup – 1tbsp
Cumin seeds – ¼ cup – 1tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/8 cup
Fenugreek seeds – 1/8 cup
Raw rice – ¼ cup + 1tbsp
Few curry leaves


Grind them all together to fine powder.
