Mushroom Dosa





Mushroom Masala:


Grind ginger piece [half an inch], garlic pods [4], cloves [2] and cinnamon stick [1/2] to paste by adding little water.
Chop onions [1 big one] and tomatoes [1].
Chop mushrooms finely [2cups : 200grams]


Heat oil [1½ tbs] in a pan. 
Fry fennel seeds [1/2tsp], chopped onions till the onions are cooked. 
Add mushrooms, ground paste and salt. Cook for 3-4minutes. 
Then add chilli powder [1/2tsp], coriander powder [1tsp], garam masala powder [1/4tsp] and chicken masala powder [1tsp] and fry for 7-8minutes.  Sprinkle water if needed. 
Cook till the masala becomes dry. 


Prepare dosa and spread the masala inside. 
Serve hot !
