Egg Gravy with Chicken flavor


GRIND: 

Heat oil [1tbs] in a pan. Fry cumin seeds [1/2tsp], pepper corns [1/2tsp], green chillies [1], garlic pods [2], ginger piece [one inch long] for a minute.
Then fry sliced onions [2 big ones] till it turns pink. Add tomatoes [1 big one] with little salt. Fry till tomatoes are cooked.
Cool the mixture and grind it to fine paste.

GRAVY:

Boil eggs [4] separately. Remove the egg shell and cut it into two halves.

Once again heat oil [1½ tbs] in a pan. Fry *whole garam spices for a minute.
Add the ground onion-tomato paste. Fry till oil separates.
Then add chilli powder [1tsp], coriander powder [1tsp], garam masala powder [1/2tsp], pepper powder [1/4 tsp] and salt.
Add Chicken stock [1/2cup] to get the Chicken flavor - I use Maggi Chicken stock
Cook for 7-8 minutes with constant stirring.
Add the egg pieces in the end and mix well.

Goes well with Chapathi.

*Whole garam spices - Fennel seeds [1tsp], cloves [3] and cinnamon [1]
