Soak all the nuts, figs and dates overnight in water.
Boil Milk [1 glass] and Cool it.
Grind the following ingredients one after the other to get a smooth drink:

Have this drink for Morning Breakfast. Very healthy and has lots and lots of nutrients.
Do add this drink to your menu planner - at least once in a week!

- Grind Flax seeds [1/2tsp]
- Grind Almonds [2], Walnut [2] and cashew nuts [2]
- Grind Dates [2], dry figs [2] and raisins [5-6]
- Grind chopped apple [1]
- Now add the milk, honey [4-5tbs] or Sugar and grind once again.
Have this drink for Morning Breakfast. Very healthy and has lots and lots of nutrients.
