More kuzhambhu



Soak raw rice [1 ½ tsp], tuvar dal [1 ½ tsp], green chillies [1], ginger [very small piece], coriander seeds [1tsp], peppercorns [1/2tsp], cumin seeds [1/2tsp] for an hour and grind it to fine paste. 

Beat curd [1cup] with water[1 cup], salt and turmeric powder [1/3tsp] in mixer grinder - Totally you will get curd of 2cups. 

Add ground paste to beaten curd and boil the mixture. 
Finally season it with mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies [1]. 

Optional: You can add Coconut pieces [1tbs] while grinding the paste.
