Chop Vegetables [1/2 cup: Carrots and Beans] finely.
Roast Rava/Sooji in a pan till it turns light brown in color.
Heat oil [2tbs] in a pan. Fry cloves [2-3] and fennel seeds [1/2tsp] for a minute.
Add sliced onions [1 big one] and slit green chillies [4 long ones]. Saute till onion color changes.
Then add chopped vegetables [1/2cup], turmeric powder [1/3tsp] and little salt to cook vegetables.
Wait till the vegetables leave water. Add garam masala powder [1/2tsp] and fry for 5-6 minutes till the vegetables are cooked. Add 2.5cups of water and let it boil with salt.
Add Rava/Sooji [1cup] and keep stirring till the masala blends with the Rava.
Check for salt and add water if needed.
Close the lid and cook for 4-5minutes in low flame.
In the end, fry cashew pieces in ghee [Depends on your taste] and add it to the Kichadi.
