Gooseberry juice




Serves: 2

You need:
Gooseberry – 2
Lemon – ½ (Take juice)
Salt – ½tsp
Sugar – 4tbsp
Water –1 ½ cups

Preparation:
Cut gooseberry into pieces after removing the seeds.

                    

Grind them with about ½ cup of water and strain the juice using a filter. Repeat this step again with the gooseberry extract and another ½ cup of water.

                    

Add lime juice and another ½ cup of water. 

                    

Add salt and sugar. Mix and serve CHILL!
