Serves:

You need:
Potatoes
– 4 (medium sized chopped into small cubes)
Red
Chilli powder – 3/4tsp
Coriander
powder – 3/4tsp
Salt
– as needed
Olive
Oil – 2tbsp
For seasoning:
Mustard
seeds – 1/2tsp
Urad
dal – 1/2tsp
Few
curry leaves
Cooking:
Heat
oil in a pan.
Temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal.
Add
potatoes. Saute for a minute.
Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder and
salt.
Cook
for 10-12minutes in low flame.
When
the potatoes are cooked, increase the heat and fry for another 2minutes to get
the crispiness.
