Chicken Manchurian [DRY]


Chicken Marinade:

Take Boneless Chicken - 200gms
Wash chicken pieces. Add all purpose flour [1tbs], rice flour [1tbs], corn flour [1tbs], ginger-garlic paste [1tbs], pepper powder [1tsp] and salt. Coat the chicken pieces with the flour. Then add egg white [2tbs] and mix it well. Marinate for 30minutes.
No Water must be added.

Deep fry the Chicken pieces.

Manchurian [Dry]: 

Heat oil [1tbs] in a pan. Fry sliced onions [1], diced capsicum [1/2], chopped garlic pods [1-2], chopped green chillies [1] and little salt for a minute. Don't over cook.

Add soya sauce [1tsp], tomato sauce [2tbs], green chilly sauce [1tsp] and Chicken Stock [1cup]. I use Maggi chicken stock. Let it cook for 2minutes till it becomes dry.

Finally add fried chicken pieces and mix it well.

Serve Hot!
