Cauliflower Manchurian [DRY]


FOR MARINADE:


Boil cauliflower florets [2cups] in water with little salt for 5minutes. Drain the water.
In a separate bowl, take all purpose flour [3tbs], rice flour [1½ tbs], corn flour [1tbs], salt, chilli powder [1tsp] and soya sauce [1/2tsp]. Mix everything together along with Cauliflower florets. 
Sprinkle water and mix such that the florets are just coated with the masala. 


Deep fry in oil till golden brown in color. 


MANCHURIAN:


Heat oil [1½ tbs] in a pan. 
Saute chopped garlic pieces [1tbs], sliced capsicum [1], sliced onions [1] and chopped green chillies [1] for 2 minutes. It must be crunchy. Add soya sauce [1/2tsp], green chilly sauce [1tsp], tomato sauce [2tbs], pepper powder [1/4tsp] and little salt. 
Add the fried cauliflower florets and Saute for 2-3minutes.
In the end, add cornflour [1/2tsp] mixed in 2tbs of water to the above recipe. 
Cook till it becomes dry. 


Serve hot !
