Mint coconut Chutney



This is same as Coriander leaves chutney.

Heat oil [1tbs] in a pan.Saute urad dal/Black gram dal [1/2 tbs], Bengal gram dal [1/2 tbs], red chillies [1 long one] for a minute.
Add mint leaves [about 3/4cup] and fry for a minute. 
Grind the above ingredients with fresh coconut pieces [3-4tbs], tamarind piece [half an inch piece], salt and sufficient water.
